Dr. Martinex put me on a diet. I am eating more fruit and vegetables. I eat potassium too. I exercise to YouTube videos online or walk in my house for a half hour a few times a week. I am eating less. My psychiatrist has placed me on diet pills. Dr. Martinez has placed me on diet pills. Dr. Velesquez has placed me on diet pills. Dr. Biggins has placed me on diet pills. I lost a few pounds since this summer. My blood tests show that they are all in range. I am eating less sweets and less bread. I drink water every day and I'm staying hydrated. The CPAP has me sleeping better. The swelling has gone down on my leg's, feet, and body. I don't look as bloated. I am breathing better. I'm sleeping better at night.

She is amazing and takes the time to go over everything with me regarding my medical care. She answers all of my questions and I never feel rushed during my appointments.

She told me that I'm going to live with my condition the rest of my life. That there's no cure. She basically would have called me stupid if she could.
