• Five complete healthcare centers offering primary and specialty care, imaging, lab services and more 
• Four neighborhood Walgreens primary care locations
• Six urgent care centers 
• Video visits with your primary or specialty care doctor, as well as urgent care providers

• Annual wellness exams — schedule them at any Southwest Medical location or at home
• The Senior Priority Access Line — see a provider within 48 hours
• Two community centers dedicated to older adults

Our care is all about your total health. Your primary care provider (PCP) acts as your partner and guide. Your PCP will help you get specialty care referrals, medicines, tests and care plans to keep you well.

Older adults usually have longer first visits. So, expect to spend an hour chatting about your health, lifestyle, medical history and any other issues. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to get all your questions answered.
