E-Visit is an easy way for you to communicate with your Southwest Medical health care providers on the Internet. And the best part is you can access E-Visit from anywhere 24/7. You can expect a response within 8 to 24 hours on regular business days. On weekends and holidays, you’ll receive a response on the following business day, and if your provider is not available, a team of providers will review your E-Visit request. Does an E-Visit Replace an Office Visit?

Don’t worry – we still want you to visit us! While E-Visit makes it easier for patients to communicate with their health care providers, it won’t replace an actual appointment. Your provider will let you know if you need to come in for an office visit.
It’s easy – just log in to your My SMA Health Online℠ account and select the E-Visit feature.
E-Visit is currently not available to all SMA patients. Communications should be submitted in English. This feature is to be used for non-emergency and non-urgent matters.
